Return Policy

Our return policy

If you are not satisfied with the products received, you can exchange it in any of the following ways:

Change

Contact us via our email, request a return label and return the item by post. You can exchange the product for another one, or in the event that the exchange is due to a malfunction, it will be exchanged for a new product which will then be resent to you. You are responsible for the shipping costs for an exchange.

Returns and cancellation rights

If the product did not meet your expectations, you can use the right of withdrawal and get your money back. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and inform us that it is a return purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, you can contact us and we will take a position on the individual case. You are responsible for the return shipping in the event of a right of withdrawal and/or return. We do not have an extended right of return for goods under 400:-. That is, after the 14 days statutory right of withdrawal. We have extended the right of return for a maximum of three months from the time of purchase.

In these cases, a return cannot be made:

  • The product is used/damaged, lacks tags and/or original packaging or anything else that may lead to the product no longer being considered new.
  • Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (seal) has been broken by you, or which are otherwise not deemed suitable to be sold as new.
  • Products that are in the nature of a sealed audio or video recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
  • Services that have been completed and where you have expressly agreed to the service commencing without the right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food.


Refund

Our goal is to process your return within 10 business days of receiving it at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded to you within 30 days of receiving the return. If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, the return will not be accepted and you will not be refunded.
