What do the different conditions of your second-hand products mean?

Here is a slightly clearer description of what our condition means.

New - The item is new and unused.

New condition - The item is in very good condition and appears to be lightly used or brand new but lacks original packaging.

Good condition - The item is in good condition, is complete and free of stains but you can tell it is used.

Used condition - The item is in acceptable condition and is perceived as used and has some wear.


How can I pay in the store?

You can pay securely in the store with card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Swish.


How long is the delivery time?

Our usual delivery time is between 2 - 7 working days. NOTE: Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday the following week at the earliest.


Can I add/remove products from my order?

The simple answer is no. But please contact us and we will resolve it if we can.


Can I order outside Sweden?

Currently we only deliver within Sweden.
