Terms and conditions for commission sales at Sang AB via friluftsportalen.se
These general terms and conditions apply to the service "Commission Sales" that Sang AB provides to customers who submit/send in their outdoor items to us for sale. In connection with the customer submitting/submitting outdoor items to us, an agreement is entered into between Sang AB and the customer as set out in these general terms and conditions.
Mission:
The customer sends the outdoor items via Postnord using a shipping label that the customer receives via email, where Sang AB is responsible for the shipping.
When the customer sends in the outdoor items, the customer gives us the assignment to sort and assess which outdoor items we consider to be saleable, and to donate or recycle the outdoor items that are not considered saleable.
Sang AB sells the goods in its own name on behalf of the customer.
In return for the service, the customer receives a commission on goods sold as described further down in the agreement.
The whole process:
The customer understands that they must sort the outdoor items before sending them to us. The outdoor items must be intact and clean. Anything that is too rough, affected by washing, has holes, stains or is too fluffy will be sorted out by the customer. Fill in the form for an inquiry about your specific items. If the package is larger than: length max 60 cm and length + width + height max 90 cm and weighs more than 2 kg, please specify this in your inquiry. In case of excess weight, the customer is responsible for any fees.
After an approved request, the customer packages the outdoor items well and uses the shipping label we email. We also ask customers to gather their outdoor items before sending them to us. One large, full package is preferable to several small ones.
When the customer submits/sends the outdoor items to us, the customer is registered in our customer register where the customer's name and contact information are saved. We also register relevant information about the submitted outdoor items such as item number, number of donated/recycled garments, number of items for sale, payment, etc.
After the outdoor items arrive to us, we go through them, sort, donate or recycle what we deem not saleable. We photograph, price and register the outdoor items on our website for sale. The outdoor items are for sale with us for 3-12 months depending on which season the item belongs to.
When we are finished, the customer will receive an email from us with relevant information about their sale with us.

Pricing:
The customer understands that it is Sang AB that prices the outdoor items, adjusts the prices or puts the outdoor items on sale when the sales period is approaching its end to increase the chances of getting all the items sold.
What determines the price is the brand, demand, but above all, the condition.
Payment of commission :
The customer receives 50% of the amount we at Sang AB sell the outdoor items for. There are no other hidden fees.
Sang AB's share will cover VAT (we use profit margin taxation), sorting, warehousing, salaries, marketing, sales and other costs.
When the sale is over, Sang AB will go through all sold outdoor items. The outdoor items that are not sold will go to Sang AB.
We will summarize your sales and send you an email with all relevant information and a list specifying which outdoor items were sold and for how much, and which were donated to charity. The email will also show the total amount, how much of the amount is the customer's commission, and which outdoor items went to Sang AB.
Payment is made via bank transfer. When we, Sang AB, send the customer an email with information about the sale, we also ask for the customer's account details so that we can pay the commission.
The commission is paid monthly.
Termination of the Commission Agreement:
The commission agreement comes into force when the customer sends/delivers the outdoor items to us and ends when the sales period ends.
If the customer wants to terminate the agreement before the end of the period and get their outdoor items back, they may do so provided that we have not gone through the outdoor items before. The customer is responsible for the shipping when the outdoor items are to be sent back.
The customer understands that there is a large cost for Sang AB after the sorting of the outdoor items has taken place, therefore we charge a fee of 300 SEK if the customer terminates the agreement after we have gone through the outdoor items. The customer is also responsible for the shipping. Outdoor items that have already been donated to charity or recycled cannot be returned by Sang AB.
Theft, damage or loss:
Sang AB is responsible for the customer's outdoor items while they are with us. In the event of damage, theft or loss, the customer will be compensated with the amount that corresponds to the customer's share if Sang AB had sold the outdoor item(s) that were affected.
If theft, loss or damage occurs before sorting has taken place, the customer understands that we cannot calculate the customer's share if all the goods had been sold. In this case, the customer must have submitted a list of what the customer sends in.
Handling of personal data:
Personal data is information that can be directly or indirectly linked to you as a customer. We protect your personal integrity and want you to be confident in how we handle your data. Therefore, at Sang AB, we handle the customer's personal data in accordance with GDPR, The General Data Protection Regulation.
Other:
In addition to what is stated in these General Terms and Conditions, the Swedish Commission Act (2009:865) applies.
