The grill iron can withstand high heat and all types of utensils, even metal. Use butter or oil in the iron to ensure it is well browned. When the iron is browned, only a little fat is needed. Care: Wash by hand with hot water without detergent. The grill iron must not be washed in the dishwasher. Dry with kitchen paper. Feel free to grease the iron to avoid rust. Burnt-on food residues can be removed and the grill iron cleaned with steel wool (without detergent), or equivalent. The iron should then be browned again. If rust forms, do the same.
