Mexican rice stew 150g. Ingredients: rice 55% (EU), spice mix [vegetables (pepper, onion, tomato, garlic (natural sulphites), carrot), herbs and spices (cumin, coriander, parsley), vegetable fat (palm oil) (incl. lactose), thickener: modified starch, salt, sugar, flavourings], chicken breast 5% (UK, EU). Allergens: milk and sulphites. May contain soya and wheat.
Nutritional values per 100g: Energy value 1690kJ/405kcal, fat 11g of which saturated fatty acids 5.3g, carbohydrates 64g of which sugars 5.3g, fiber 3.7g, protein 11g, salt 4.2g.
Instructions for use: Open the bag and fold the edges from the bottom of the bag. Pour boiling water into the bag up to the mark on the H scale (450ml). Stir gently and close the bag. Leave for 15 minutes. Open the bag and stir well before eating. Add water if necessary. Consume after heating. Net weight: 150g. Store in a cool, dry place.
